This is a great round based on the 22 LR. case and necked to seat a 17 grain .17 caliber Hornady V-Max bullet. But boy does it fly down range. From a 17 M2 barreled rifle it will fly around 2100 fps. From a pistol it shoots down range around 1640 fps.
